In 2023, Castle Enterprises announced the full acquisition of Illumicorp, and subsequently retired its former operations. At the time, the decision reflected CE’s strategic focus on consolidating assets and redefining corporate direction under a unified holding company.

Today, Castle Enterprises is pleased to confirm that Illumicorp has quietly transitioned from a traditional holding company into a fully independent entity, operating under a new model designed for the challenges of the 21st century.

While the brand name may have appeared dormant, Illumicorp has, in fact, been evolving, restructuring its resources, strengthening its internal networks, and refining its mission. Effective immediately, Illumicorp is no longer a passive arm of CE but a renewed presence with its own trajectory.

As with all Castle Enterprises subsidiaries and partners, transparency remains our priority. Additional details regarding Illumicorp’s scope, services, and leadership will be released in the coming weeks.

For now, we invite our stakeholders to recognize Illumicorp’s rebirth, not as a shadow of its former self, but as a more efficient, forward-looking organization with the capability to execute on a global scale.
