Castle Enterprises has completed its full acquisition of Illumicorp which includes all intellectual property and subsidiary businesses. Illumicorp is a holding company based within the United States and has a portfolio ranging from weapon research and development, pharmaceutical and other impactful ventures. Illumicorp has been integrated into the Castle umbrella and all subsidiaries will continue to operate as normal.

This acquisition has been completed at an undisclosed amount.
